Kristi Moomey has been inspired to be an artist since she was 5 years old and has never stopped. She has been a prolific muralist in the Pacific Northwest  for the past 25 years creating 30 foot high artwork while also commissioned for her resin, watercolor and acrylic paintings. Her artwork usually consists of a mixed media combining all the modalities that she has learned through her Fine Art career where she creates 3 Dimensional wonders with layers of resin and other mediums that encompass her Love of nature.

Inspired by God's colorful creation, she has been an avid hiker, kayaker and raft guide that has brought her to amazing and beautiful places where she loves to bring the beauty on home.. literally.
     Her passion is also in teaching art and helping others find their creative side. She believes that we are all at our best selves when we are creating something out of nothing....We were born to create!

    Kristi is originally from Minnesota, beautiful lake country, and resides in Eugene with her husband John and has two amazing sons and an amazing daughter-in-law along with a most adorable granddaughter, Izzy... So excited!

    She graduated from the University of Oregon with a Fine Arts degree and now enjoys painting and running her Studio. She also enjoys being a member of the Pacific Rim Art Guild.

Well, I'm just letting you all know that I'm back in the studio again, working to create another body of resin art. Some will be ocean and beachscapes and some will be Landscapes, Geode and abstract wall art  etc.  But all of my artwork will continue to reach for artful forms of uplifting           encouragement…

    So if you can dream it, let's create it!
